These general terms and conditions apply to all refund-eligible services provided by Skynet Hosting. Additionally, specific terms may be applicable to particular products and services, which are outlined below:

  1. Single Refund Eligibility: Each service is eligible for a single refund only.

  2. Service Cancellation: To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel your service(s) beforehand.

  3. Service Suspension or Termination: No refund will be issued if your service(s) are suspended or terminated due to a breach of our terms of service.

  4. Refund Currency: All refunds are processed in Euro. It is your responsibility to account for any exchange rate fluctuations between the time of payment and the time of refund.

  5. Refund Method: Unless otherwise requested, refunds will be credited to your Skynet Hosting account balance. Purchases made using Skynet Hosting account funds can only be refunded as account credit. For purchases made by credit card and PayPal, refunds may be returned to the original payment source. Please note that refunds are not possible for cryptocurrency deposits. Skynet Hosting is not liable for any additional charges imposed by your credit card company or PayPal payment processor in case of a refund.

  6. Deduction of Processing Fees: Any processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Additional refund prerequisites may be relevant based on specific terms and conditions conveyed to you when you acquire any Service(s).



  1. Cryptocurrency Payments: Payments made in bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency are non-refundable due to the lack of personal identification associated with these methods.

  2. Discounted or Promotional Services: No refunds are available for services purchased at a discounted or promotional rate.

  3. Product and Service Renewals: Renewals of products or services are non-refundable.

  4. Third-Party Purchases: Products and services acquired Skynet Hosting from a third party and offer to final consumer, such as licenses, are non-refundable.

Please note:

  • Refunds are applicable to first-time accounts only. If the policy is intentionally abused to obtain free products or services, it will be considered a violation, and the account will be terminated without a refund.

  • Transfers of funds between accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

  • In the event of an IP address being listed by third parties, the customer may provide links to these listings to our technical support. We will contact them to request removal of the IP address, but no refund or IP address replacement will be provided in such cases.

  • If server unavailability is experienced solely by you or a small group of users, due to factors beyond our control, and it remains accessible from most parts of the world, refunds will not be issued. Skynet Hosting is not liable for such circumstances.

  • We reserve the right to immediately suspend services or terminate accounts without issuing refunds upon receiving customer complaints. In cases where complaints are determined to be unjustified or the result of hacking or fraudulent activity, refunds will not be provided as these situations are beyond our responsibility.


If technical issues caused by Skynet Hosting prevent customers from using purchased services, we will work to find alternatives or extend the subscription to cover the inaccessible period. If a remedy is not feasible or is rejected by the customer, a refund for the last subscription period (e.g., day, month) will be issued. The refund is not aplicable if service was renewed.



Customers may terminate Skynet Hosting services at any time, but in such cases, no refunds are possible, and recalculations of funds for unused periods are not provided.



To request a refund, please complete the application form (attached below) and submit it, along with a copy of your ID, through our ticket system to our Sales Department. Your personal information will be handled confidentially to ensure security for both parties. Please refrain from sharing it with third parties.

Failure to complete the application form and provide a copy of your ID will result in a refund refusal.

Once the application is submitted via the ticket system, refunds will be automatically processed using the initial payment method, without any additional inquiries. If you have not received your refund after 30 days or have other refund-related inquiries, please contact our Sales Department through the ticket system.
